2024 REGISTRATION FORM

Payment Terms 
Once you have submitted your registration form you will receive an invoice. Payment by direct bank wire transfer (BACS) is preferred. If this is not possible, please let us know at [email protected]

25th Anniversary Offer: Places are limited. To secure this special offer of US$8,000, payment will need to be made in full on receipt of invoice 

A deposit of 25% of the Exchange Fee to secure your place will be due on receipt of our invoice.

Settlement of the remaining balance of 75% must be made no later than the date 12 calendar weeks before the start date of the Exchange.

If you register within the 12 calendar weeks before the start date, then the Exchange Fee must be paid in full on receipt of invoice.

Note re Covid 19 Requirements
We do not currently envisage the status of Covid 19 impacting the dates of 2024 Exchanges.  However, travel, accommodation and in person meetings will be subject to the Covid19 vaccination regulations and requirements in force at the time of each schedule.  Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information and be sure to review local and international COVID information and guidelines, as well as visa requirements, before you travel.
