The Role of the Showrunner 2023
SHOWRUNNING FORENSICS

Returning for a sixth edition, this online series provides inspiration and insight by contrasting best practices as shared by US and international showrunners and executive producers of TV drama series

In each one-hour session a selected theme from each speaker’s creative process and experience will be examined.  With topics ranging across the creation of the concept and pitching, the role of the creative producer, writing and writing room perspectives, collaborating with directors and creative partners, as well as navigating the paths through development, adaptation and production in the global marketplace

The unique value of the live sessions lies in providing an online forum for attendees to directly ask their questions of these international trailblazers
