Registration fees for a 2-day Conference pass include:
• Access to all conference sessions featuring financiers, showrunners and industry experts
• Access to the keynote and networking sit-down lunches
• Access to the evening cocktail reception and dinner at the Operakällaren
• Access to the attendee database
• Coffee breaks
Dress code: Please note that the dress code for the event is Business Casual
VAT is not included in the above price and, if applicable, will be added upon check out
For payment, one of our representatives will be in contact once your registration is processed via our online checkout process (“Add to Cart“). Alternatively, you can also download the registration form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
We request the full Participation Fee is paid by credit card at the time of Registration to secure your place. Payments made by credit card will incur a 3.5% extra charge to cover the cost of the credit card transaction. If payment by invoice has been previously agreed, the payment needs to be paid on receipt and no later than September 8th to secure your place.
Access and Dietary Requirements
Your ticket includes access to the event sessions and certain meals over the two days, Please refer to the event schedule for a full breakdown of the event layout. Participants are responsible for their own flights, accommodation and airport transfers. Delegates should advise of any special dietary and access requirements at the time of registration.
Photography, Filming and Social Media
For promotional purposes, there may be a professional photographer and video production taking place during the conference.Filming or any other form of recording of the event is prohibited. Due to potentially sensitive information shared during the sessions you are requested to not share views and information shared by speakers on Social media. You are welcome to make use of social media before, during and after the event, subject to these terms.
Views expressed by speakers are their own. MediaXchange Ltd does not accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at the conference.
Should you have to cancel your attendance you will be allowed to transfer the ticket to a colleague. Should a transfer not be possible a full refund will apply up to four weeks prior to the event. Any cancellation after that period is nonrefundable.
If you have not transferred or cancelled your ticket and do not attend the event, no refund is available, however you will be entitled to a copy of the event report.
Should the event be postponed or cancelled due to Force Majeure, you will be notified immediately. Your ticket will be transferred to the new dates of the event.
